You stay in control: turn ratings on or off from your dashboard, review every submission, and only show your average once at least one rating has been left.

Is this Pro-only?
No. Ratings and reviews are available on every plan, including Starter.
When do stars appear?
Only if you’ve enabled ratings and at least one review has been received.
Can a customer leave multiple reviews?
No: one visitor can leave one review per business. They can edit their existing one.
